UNA Retail Services cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and we handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services carefully. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

Article 3 - Personal data that we process
UNA Retail Services processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:
- First and last name;
- Address data;
- Phone number;
- E-mail address;
- IP address.
Article 4 - Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we can not check if a visitor is older than 16. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this consent, please contact us via email@example.com and we will delete this information.
Article 5 - For what purpose and on the basis of which we process personal data
UNA Retail Services processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Handling your payment;
- To call or e-mail you if necessary to carry out our services;
- to offer you the possibility to create an account;
- To deliver goods and services to you.
Article 6 - Sharing of personal data with third parties
UNA Retail Services only provides information to the following third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Mollie payment processor
We use the Mollie platform to handle a (part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above-mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than is permitted by the legal terms.
We use the services of Gmail for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Gmail does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.
PostNL, DHL & DPD
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL, DHL and DPD to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with them. These parcel deliverers only use this information for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that subcontractors are engaged, they also make your details available to these parties.
Article 7 - Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use
Our webshop has been developed with OpenCart software. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of data as much as possible. These security measures consist in any case of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are regularly made to prevent data loss. This software uses standard cookies to support the following functionality: - Currency; is used to determine the currency in which prices are shown; - Language; is used to determine the language in which the webshop is shown; - PHPSESSID; it holds the customer's session.
Through our website, cookies are placed from Google as part of the "Analytics" service. We use this service to track and get reports on how visitors use the website. This processor may be obliged to provide access to these data on the basis of applicable laws and regulations. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services.
Article 8 - View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by UNA Retail Services and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal information we have in our computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to firstname.lastname@example.org. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, at your request. UNA Retail Services also wishes to point out that you have the opportunity to submit a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. UNA Retail Services takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
